What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

Yes! We offer free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 50% fee. Modifications are subject to availability. Please contact us directly for changes.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Most weekends require a minimum 2-night stay. During peak season (December-March), we may require a 3-5 night minimum. Contact us for specific requirements for your dates.

Do you require a security deposit?

A refundable security deposit of $200 is required at check-in. This will be returned within 48 hours after check-out, provided there are no damages or violations of house rules.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment is processed securely through our encrypted system.

When is payment due?

Full payment is due at the time of booking for stays under 7 nights. For longer stays, a 50% deposit is required at booking with the balance due 30 days before arrival.

Are there any additional fees?

Our rates include all taxes and fees. Optional add-ons include airport transfers ($75 each way), daily housekeeping ($30), and experience bookings. No hidden fees.

How far is the property from the airport?

We are approximately 45 minutes from the nearest international airport (SJO - Juan Santamaría International Airport in San José). We can arrange transportation for an additional fee.

Is there parking available?

Yes! All guests enjoy free private parking. Each condo and house has designated parking spaces. Larger vehicles can be accommodated with advance notice.

What is the nearest town or grocery store?

The nearest town with grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes is just a 10-minute drive away. National park entrance is 25 minutes away. We provide detailed directions upon booking.

Is WiFi included?

Yes, high-speed WiFi (100+ Mbps) is available throughout all condos, houses, and common areas. We also have backup internet in case of outages.

Do the condos have air conditioning?

Yes! All condos are equipped with individual air conditioning units in every room. We also have ceiling fans and excellent cross-ventilation for those who prefer natural cooling.

Are kitchens fully equipped?

All kitchens come fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and all essential cookware and utensils. Just bring your groceries!

Is there a pool? Are there pool hours?

Yes! Our community pool is open 24/7 for guest use. Pool towels are provided. The pool is heated to a comfortable temperature year-round.

What activities are available nearby?

We offer zip-lining, waterfall tours, surfing lessons, horseback riding, wildlife tours, and more. Our on-site concierge can help you plan and book activities.

Do you provide airport transportation?

Yes! We can arrange private airport transfers. Prices start at $75 each way for up to 4 passengers. Contact us to arrange pickup.

Is it safe to drink the water?

Absolutely! Costa Rica has excellent water quality. The water at our property is potable and meets or exceeds all safety standards. We also provide filtered water stations.
